We do not have sales managers or accountants. Every employee is involved in real design action.

Our company was founded in 2012. From the very start, we tried to do our best to combine pragmatism with creativity, so our clients get the works that impress and work, and we get great satisfaction working on any project, which keeps us motivated to do our best working on any task.
Started working in graphic design in 2005 as a freelancer. In 2012 founded Beverly Group together with Kate. Since then any small project in the studio is created or approved by me, which guarantees we follow company vision in every detail.
From the very start of the company I control the processes of the company and overall client satisfaction. I want to make sure any client working with us is satisfied both by the quality of our works and by the quality of our business processes.
Our principles in details are described on the manifesto page. To tell it short, we always try to combine provocative, creative and pragmatic approaches. We never forget about the final business goal of the design we are making, yet we try to avoid too corporate and boring options. Our experience shows that humanistic approaches to the design becomes more significant for the viewer and manages to gain goals on significant other levels.
Our main office is in Moscow, Russia. We also have a representative office in Charlstone, the USA. However, we work with clients all over the world. We hold projects in Germany, UK, Spain, Japan, and many others.
Yes, we do work remotely. For significant and huge projects we also can organize a temporary office in a place where the project is managed. However, usually, we manage our projects remotely, communicating with clients via Skype, Slack, Zoom or any other tools comfortable for you. Nevertheless, we always to try to organize live meetings for main project milestones (briefing, concept presentations, etc).

Each project is individual and for each, we create the individual planning and milestone list. However, usually, the project consists of 3 basic parts: briefing, interviewing and setting project goals; sketching and concept preparations; final layouts.
